“ Passing by the City of Arcata while on a Pacific Coastal Road Trip and stopped by to see a friend in the area and met up here by the recommendation of the friend. The food is good & fresh and the service is relatively fast. Plenty of street parking and the restaurant is located right by the Arcata Plaza which is the center of the town with lots of cute boutique shops around the square. Recommend to stop by for a quick bite! ”

There are six or seven different types of vegetarian rolls, and the miso soup can be ordered vegetarian, as well! The best part about our last visit to Sushi Spot is that the chef was willing to make us a special dessert roll with sweet egg, strawberry, macadamia nuts, and a strawberry compote topping. This creation was so well rounded and absolutely delicious, it should be added to the menu! Thanks for accommodating us, Sushi Spot, and we look forward to dining in again soon! ”
